About The Roxbury Lounge
An alcohol free lounge with community
Located at 1376 N Portage Path, Akron, OH 44313, The Roxbury Lounge operates as a tea house serving Akron in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Akron. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in Ohio are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 12–11 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (330) 208-0078. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, roxburykava.com.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 23 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded tea houses in Akron.
Akron is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Akron follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

What a nice bar! Open as late as you need it to be, and great drinks! Nick was behind the bar and he stayed open as late as we needed to hang out with our friends. Definitely a good spot to stop by for a drink!

If you haven’t checked out The Roxbury yet, you are seriously missing out. It is the ultimate chill spot. It’s a small, independent local business, and you can instantly feel how much love and care goes into the space the second you walk in. The aesthetic is incredibly cool—think gorgeous green plant walls, awesome lighting, and an immediately welcoming, down-to-earth vibe. They have something for literally everyone. Whether you want to kick back and play some games, listen to great music, belt it out on karaoke night, or just zone out to the hilarious viral clips and shows they loop on the TVs, the energy is always immaculate. And the drinks? Unbelievable. Everything they serve is delicious, incredibly unique, and crafted with care. It's the perfect alternative to a traditional bar if you want a great night out without the hangover. Akron needs more independent spaces like this. Support a fantastic small business and go check them out—you’ll be hooked!
